Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@kalimbaworkshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment immediately.

Edit / Cancel Order
It’s our goal to provide you with the best buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you wish to initiate a return once you have received the item(s), you may return your item(s) for a full refund
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
